Our Mission

Breezy Point Energy is focused on developing resilient energy infrastructure that can help large energy users reduce grid dependence and operational emissions.

Our proposed microgrid approach combines wind, solar, long-duration energy storage, green hydrogen produced from excess energy, and natural-gas backup generation. Final performance, emissions, schedules and commercial terms will depend on engineering, permitting, financing and definitive agreements.

Bringing Integrity into Being for Mother Earth

To bring integrity into being, Breezy Point believes that we must honor our past as we build our future. We accomplish this by working closely with indigenous communities in various capacities. 

We aim is to develop an unyielding bridge with Indigenous Nations by:

  • Creating lifelong relationships by recognizing and respecting the people

  • Gaining a comprehension of their traditional practices and philosophies

  • Creating a constructive relationship for a healthier engagement

  • Absorbing and understanding local community etiquettes

  • Warranting mutual interactions with Indigenous societies

  • Respecting and valuing the land

  • Acquiring knowledge and empathy for the history of Indigenous Nations

We will accomplish these objectives while informing & promoting the importance of renewable energy with local Indigenous Nation Communities.

Working closely with Indigenous people supports the practices of:
