Bringing Integrity into Being
To bring integrity into being, Breezy Point believes that we must honor our past as we build our future. We accomplish this by working closely with indigenous communities in various capacities.
Our ambition is to develop an unyielding bridge with Indigenous Nations by:
Creating lifelong relationships by recognizing and respecting the people
Gaining a comprehension of their traditional practices and philosophies
Creating a constructive relationship for a healthier engagement
Absorbing and understanding local community etiquettes
Warranting mutual interactions with Indigenous societies
Respecting and valuing the land
Acquiring knowledge and empathy for the history of Indigenous Nations
We will accomplish these objectives while informing & promoting the importance of renewable energy with local Indigenous Nation Communities.
Working closely with the Indigenous people supports the practices of:
Recycling
Reducing greenhouse gas emissions
Establishing zero carbon footprint
Decreasing fossil fuel use
